Reviews and Ratings
I had a decent stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located right by the train station, making it super easy for us to travel around Japan. The rooms were okay for the price, though small, with not much of a view. The service was really attentive and helpful, which made a positive difference. However, I was genuinely impressed by the dining options available, especially the breakfast, which was exceptional!
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location was fantastic, right across from the train station with a great view of the mountains. However, the room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The staff was friendly and very helpful, but the dining experience could use some improvement. Overall, I think there’s good value here, but a bit of attention to room upkeep would go a long way.
The hotel is located in an ideal spot, directly across from the bus and train station, making it super convenient for getting around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, perfect for families sharing space. However, the breakfast options could definitely use some improvement, and the overall vibe from the staff seemed a bit off at times. Still, the value for money is noteworthy with its strategic location.
I had a great experience at this hotel! The location is perfect, just across from Matsumoto Station and right beside the bus terminal. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, which was a pleasant change from my tiny accommodation in Tokyo. Although the service was a bit busy at times, it was really convenient having a laundromat and convenience store right in the building. I did find the dining options could use some improvement in terms of variety, but overall, it was a good stay.
I had a good stay at this hotel, which is super conveniently located right across from the train station and within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants and Matsumoto Castle. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed, but they were quite small, making it a bit tricky to open my suitcase. The service was outstanding; the staff was really friendly and even offered a complimentary drink upon arrival. Overall, it was great value for money, but I found the dining options left a bit to be desired.
